Bangalore -based company River has introduced an electric scooter that is called ‘SUV of Scooters’ due to its strong appearance and features. We are talking about River India, which is priced at ₹ 1,43,001 (ex-showroom).

The design of River India is completely different from the rest of the scooters. The dual LED headlight of the square shape and the Curvy Front Apron give it a bold look. Its boxy design and rectangular tail lights at the back make it even more attractive.
It has unique things like body integrated crash guards, clip-on handlers and side panier stays, which make it adventure and practical.
Full storage and smart features
If we talk about space, then River India is at the forefront of its segment. It has a 43 -liter underseet storage and a 12 -liter front glove box, which makes it extremely useful for families. To run River Indie, 4KWh battery and 6.7kw motor are provided, which offers a 120 km range and 90kmph top speed. The company claims that this scooter charges up to 80% in just five hours, which is a very good figure in this segment.

At this time River Indie is only available in Bengaluru, but given its merits, it is fully ready to rule the hearts of people all over India. It competes with scooters like Ather 450X, Bajaj Chetak, Ola S1 Pro and TVS Iqube.
