SDM Jyoti Maurya Husband Reached High Court Made This Big Demand

New Delhi: Two years ago, the controversy between SDM Jyoti Maurya and her husband posted in Bareilly District made a lot of headlines. At the same time, this matter is once again in discussion. Actually, Alok Maurya, husband of Jyoti Maurya, is a government employee of class IV. He has moved the Allahabad High Court and has demanded to get alimony from his wife. Taking cognizance of the petition of husband Alok Maurya, the court has issued a notice to Jyoti Maurya. At the same time, the next hearing of this case is to be held on the 8th of next month.

Actually, Alok Maurya has accused his wife Jyoti Maurya of having an illicit relationship with Home Guard Commandant Manish Dubey. According to the information, Alok and Jyoti were in marriage in 2010. After this, Jyoti had studied and prepared for PCS. Alok fully supported Jyoti and in 2015 Jyoti was selected as PCS rights.

According to the aggrieved husband Alok, everything has been fine till about 10 years of marriage. After this, Manish Dubey entered between their relationship and there was a rift in the relationship between husband and wife. Alok told that Jyoti ignored her after marriage and now she is also refusing to help financially. After Jyoti denied financial help, Alok demanded alimony in the family court. After not getting relief from there, a petition has been filed in the Allahabad High Court. Taking the case seriously, the court issued a notice to Jyoti Maurya and sought a reply.

According to the information, Jyoti Maurya had lodged a case of dowry harassment on husband Alok Kumar Maurya and her family at Dhumanganj police station. Once again, both of them applied for the attendance waiver in the court, after which the hearing was postponed. It is being said that after the withdrawal of complaint of corruption from the government by husband Alok, both have been reconciled. However, the case has not been withdrawn from Jyoti Maurya yet.
