Shravasti news: From the Indo-Nepal border, the Shravasti police have arrested an absconding and a prize criminal of Rs 25,000. The arrested accused has been identified as Israfil Khan, a resident of Baksi village in Nawabganj police station area of Bahraich. Police Superintendent (SP) Ghanshyam Chaurasia said that the police station Sirsia police team caught this grade during checking on the route leading to Chhotki needles of India-Nepal border area.

Significantly, on July 15, a case was registered at Malipur police station, in which a person named Abdul Rahman has been sent to jail on charges of escaping and raping a minor from Nainital. Arrested Israfil Khan was Abdul Rahman’s associate relative in the same case and was absconding since then. Now he has been arrested with cartridges, cartridges and cash, which has made significant progress in the investigation of the case.
