Shravasti news: DM Ajay Kumar Dwivedi held public darshan in his room at the Collectorate and heard the problems of the complainants. During this time a total of 09 complainants lodged their complaints. Which included and other complaints related to land disputes, pension and revenue matters. The DM listened seriously to each complainant and directed the officials concerned to dispose of the problems.
He said that quality and quick disposal of public affairs is the highest priority of governance. Therefore, relaxation in the disposal of public affairs will never be made. Therefore, special care should be taken of timeliness in the disposal of public affairs. If any kind of laxity is found in it, strict action will be ensured against the concerned officials.
EVM/VV Pat Ware House inspected and reviewed
At the same time, the DM inspected the EVM/VV Pat Ware House located at the Collectorate at the district headquarters according to the Election Commission of India. During this time, the District Magistrate has also instructed the ballot unit, control unit and continuous monitoring and security system of VV Pat in the warehouse and continuously conducting/recording of DVR of CCTV coverage. Apart from this, in view of the scorching heat, he directed to arrange coolers for the personnel posted there.
