Shri Chitragupt Mahasabha in Gorakhpur witnessed elections after a long gap. Rajesh Chandra elected as President and Ambrish Srivastava as Minister. Treasurer and Joint Ministers were also chosen amid enthusiastic voting.

Gorakhpur News: There was a lot of enthusiasm in the election held after a long gap at the Shri Chitragupta Temple Sabha located in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh. The voting held on Sunday was contested for three major posts, in which there was a lot of enthusiasm among the voters for the selection of the Chairman, Treasurer and Joint Minister. The General Assembly has more than 7000 registered members, out of which around 750 participated in the voting process.

Exciting match for president, Rajesh Chandra’s big win

There was a direct and interesting match between Rajesh Chandra and Anoop Kumar Srivastava for the post of president. As a result, Rajesh Chandra defeated his opponent by 111 votes and achieved this prestigious position. As soon as the election results were declared, there was a wave of happiness among the supporters and a strong celebration of victory was celebrated.

Ambareesh Srivastava elected unopposed on the post of minister

There was no match on the post of minister this time. Ambarish Srivastava had already been elected unopposed. There was already a consensus on his name, which led to his selection unquestionably.

Tough competition for treasurer post, Rajesh Srivastava victorious

The competition for the post of treasurer was also for thorn. Rajesh Chandra Srivastava and Atul Kumar Srivastava were face to face for this post. Finally Rajesh Srivastava won by 35 votes and is going to take over the responsibility of the treasurer.

Election Officer Vinay Kumar Srivastava informed that the election process was concluded peacefully and successfully. The victorious candidates were wished by outgoing president Alok Ranjan Verma, former minister Shubhendu Singh Srivastava, and other dignitaries. Among those who congratulated Arun Srivastava, Anupam Sahai, Rahul Srivastava, Shishir Srivastava, Rita Srivastava, Manoj Srivastava Situ, Shaila Shankar, Chandra Prakash Srivastava, Gautam Lal Srivastava, Abhishek Srivastava, Divyandu Nath, Naveen Srivastava, Brijnandan Shrivastava, Brijanandan Shrivastava, were involved in many people.
