Sitapur News: A district level collective yoga practice program was organized at “Secret Higher Secondary School” on the occasion of 11th International Yoga Day with the theme “Ek Earth, Yoga for One Health” in Sitapur, UP. The public representatives and officials present in the program, including the chief guest in -charge of the program, started the program by lighting the lamp.
Everyone also gave a message to plant more and more saplings by planting saplings under the plantation campaign “Name of a tree mother”. Mass yoga exercises were performed by all the present public representatives and officials. Yoga was demonstrated by Usha Devi, Pankaj Kumar, Rekha Verma and Ram Sanehi under the direction of Yoga instructor Ganga Sagar Verma. A live broadcast of Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address and yoga practice program was also organized from Visakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh. Yoga trainers who excelled in yoga were also honored by providing a citation.
Addressing the program, the Minister in -charge congratulated and congratulated everyone on the 11th International Yoga Day and said that the way Yoga is going on internationally in the world from India, all are benefiting from it. He said that it is showing the significance of the slogan of our “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”. Yoga is very important for the whole world to be healthy. Regular yoga exercises definitely cooperate in removing our physical and mental disorders and our mind and body remains healthy. He also inspired everyone for regular yoga practice.
