On Friday, members of organizations like Hizb Uthar-Tahrir, Vilayah Bangladesh, Ansar al-Islam and Jamaat-e-Islami openly shouted slogans in support of ‘Jihad’ (JIhad) after the prayers of Hizb Ut-Tahrir, Vilayah Bangladesh, Ansar Al-Islam and Jamaat-e-Islami.

According to eyewitnesses and local sources, a large number of people gathered outside the mosque after the Namaz and they “want jihad, live from jihad”, “Nara-e–Takbir, Allahu Akbar”, “Who are we? Militant, Militant”, and “Islamic Bangladesh in the Islamic Bangladesh”. It became clear from these slogans and statements that these radical organizations have started their presence again.

These organizations were earlier banned due to involvement in nationwide bomb blasts and terrorist activities. Although these organizations are still banned on paper, but practically they have become openly active through posters, banners and slogans. After the change of power after August 5, hundreds of people in jail have been released on bail in cases related to terrorism. According to the jail department of Bangladesh, more than 300 militants have come out of jail. Among them, there are many people who were earlier sentenced to life imprisonment.

Meanwhile, radical organization Jamaat-e-Islami has organized a national rally in Suhravardi Uddayana in Dhaka on Saturday. A large number of workers have started gathering in the capital since Friday to participate in this rally. Some were seen in traditional clothes, some were seen in white T-shirts on which it was written-“The first vote against the robbers”, “Vote two scales.”
