Sonbhadra News: Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh: During the review of development works in Sonbhadra, District Magistrate BN Singh has directed to register an FIR against the Executive Engineer of the Government Construction Corporation. This action has been taken in connection with negligence in the construction work of Government Inter College Nandana and District Basic Education Officer Office and not completing the work even after getting funds.
On Friday, a review meeting of development works was held in the Collectorate Auditorium through CM Dashboard. It revealed the fact that the construction work of the Government Inter College Nandana and the District Basic Education Officer (BSA) office, the Executive Engineer Government Construction Corporation, has been stopped despite paying the funds. On this, the DM expressed strong displeasure and directed the BSA and DIOS (District School Inspector) to immediately take action to register an FIR against the Executive Engineer.
DM strict also at integrated horticulture and cow shelter sites
In the meeting, the DM directed the District Horticulture Officer to summon clarification when the work of integrated horticulture mission was found to be relaxed.
At the same time, the Block Development Officer and Veterinary Officer were directed to visit the destitute cow shelter sites every week and submit their reports. The DM instructed to install CCTV cameras at cow dynasty locations on priority basis. Also, information was given to set up a committee under the chairmanship of the District Development Officer to check the payment made for animal fodder at cow dynasty shelter sites and the CDO was asked to submit an inquiry report. The Chief Veterinary Officer was instructed to regular monitoring so that there would be no problem of animal fodder, straw etc. at the cow dynasty shelter sites.
Plantation campaign, mineral funds and farmer friendly schemes review
The DM instructed all the departments to live on the Haritima app and upload the photo on the Haritima app. He emphasized that special care should be taken for the quality of the work being done by the District Mineral Foundation Fund and all the works will be investigated.
The District Agriculture Officer was directed to continue to investigate the fertilizer shops and file an FIR against the shopkeeper concerned if the overroit is found anywhere. LDM (Lead District Manager) was directed to promote more and more publicity for crop insurance from July 15 to 30 under the Pradhan Mantri Crop Insurance Scheme.
