Sonbhadra News: In the case of making pornographic videos of a woman living on rent, blackmailing through her, leaving the room and going to another place, two have been summoned for hearing, in the case of raping the partner. The court of Special Judge (SC/ST) Act Abid Shamim has canceled the final report filed by the police in the case. Keeping in view the hearing of the case as a family and the evidence that came out, both the accused in the case have been summoned for trial under Section-376D, 504, 506 IPC and Section-3 (2) (A) SC/ST Act. The date of attendance in the court for the accused in the case has been fixed at 28 August 2025.
A woman from Sukrit region under Rabtersganj Kotwali filed an application in the court under Section 156 (3) CPRPC. It was alleged that she lived with her husband on rent in the house of Jagnarayan Yadav son Ramdhari resident Kamharia, police station Robertsganj. The bath in the house is Jagnarayan’s room next to the house. There is no door in the bath house, taking advantage of this, he made a video of it while bathing and raped her by threatening to make it viral. Due to the new marriage, she did not tell this to her husband. Taking advantage of this, he raped her several times.
The victim, who went to stay in another place, reached the accused
To avoid her clutches, she left the room and went to live elsewhere. It is alleged that the accused also reached there. It has been alleged that on the night of January 6, 2024, he arrived with his friends. She was alone at home at that time. He and his friend Rajkumar Yadav resident Sukrit, Robertsganj, raped her by threatening to make the video viral. Using caste -based words threatened to kill him. On July 4, 2024, the court ordered the police station officer Robertsganj and ordered a deliberation. In this sequence, the Rabtersganj police sent a final report on 12 September 2024 and called the allegations false.
The victim objected and the hearing started as a family
Protest application was presented by the victim, objecting to the final report of the police. On this, the court started the hearing by registering the case as a complaint. Meanwhile, on the basis of the evidence available in the letter and the statement filed by the witnesses, the court prima facie, the accused were found to be found under Section 376D, 504, 506 and Section-3 (2) (A) SC/ST Act and issued summons for the crime under the above section.
