Sonbhadra News: In the Shahganj police station area, in the suicide case of a woman in the past days, there has been a lot of relief from the High Court in the case of her lover being convicted of creating suicide. The High Court bench accepted the anticipatory bail petition filed by the defense keeping in view the other facts and circumstances of the case, including the arguments, the nature of the allegations, the role of the accused. In the case of arrest in the case, a personal bond of 50 thousand on the satisfaction of the police station concerned, on submission of two permissions of the same money, has been ordered to be released on anticipatory bail till the police report is filed.
District Sessions Judge was rejected from here
Let us tell you that an application for anticipatory bail was filed in the District and Sessions Court. During the hearing of the case, the District Court had rejected the bail application keeping in view the statement filed under Section 180 BNSS. It was said that anticipatory bail is an exceptional provision and should be used only under special circumstances. Then anticipatory bail petition was filed in the High Court through advocate Anil Kumar Mishra on behalf of the defense.
Local issue cannot connect with lover: defense
It was argued that the accused had nothing to do with the suicide of the woman concerned. The woman’s husband, did not have to give a loan to treat her sister’s illness, so the case was filed. The allegations of migration against the alleged lover in the case of suicide due to fear of localization were also questioned. Said that no clear description of how the lover can be imposed on the lover instead of the husband, instead of the husband, has been mentioned in the FIR.
Decision will be effective on filing police report
The bench of Justice Dr. Gautam Chaudhary heard the case and ruled to accept the anticipatory bail petition keeping in view the facts and circumstances that came out. The order was passed that the anticipatory bail order would be effective until the police report is filed. For this, the accused will have to appear on calling for investigation on behalf of the police officer. During deliberations and trial, they will cooperate fully and will not misuse the independence of bail.

A person hailing from Shahgaj police station area had filed a case of motivation of suicide at Shahganj police station. It was informed through Tahrir that he was married in the year 2018. He lived in Chhattisgarh to earn a living. Used to come in between. Meanwhile, accused Dinesh Pandey came in contact with his wife and established a love affair with her. He refused to find out but he did not agree. On 21 February 2025, his sister saw his wife and her lover Dinesh in an objectionable position and informed him and his wife’s maternal uncle. After this, his wife committed suicide by hanging himself due to localization.
