Meerut News: A heartbreaking news came out from Meerut district of Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday afternoon. There was five consecutive blasts in a house in Jahidian locality of Kotwali police station area of the city, causing chaos in the entire area. The explosions were so sharp that the roof of the house flew away and even the windows of the surrounding houses were shaken. The sounds of the blast were heard up to a hundred meters away.
As soon as the incident was reported, SP City Ayush Vikram Singh reached the spot with the police team. During the investigation, it was found that the roof of the top floor of the house where the explosion took place had completely fallen. The forensic team has also been called immediately on the spot. Police have recovered a twine bomb from the spot.
Local people said that Shahid, Zahid, Shadab’s wife Shaheen and three children were present in the house at that time. It is being told that a girl broke the twine bomb in the game, after which there were five blasts one after the other. The fifth explosion of these was the fastest. The roof of the house flew after the explosion. A girl was injured in the accident, who has been admitted to the hospital for treatment.
According to the police, the rest of the members of the house escaped at the time of the blast and are being searched. Initial investigations have also revealed that a large amount of cracker or explosive material may have been kept in the house. At present, the forensic team and the Kotwali police are investigating the entire case in depth. It will be clear only after investigation whether it was an accident or preparation for a big conspiracy. SP City has assured that whatever facts will be revealed, strict action will be taken accordingly.
