Meerut News: The police have arrested the accused in the case of kidnapping of innocent girl in Lisadi Gate police station area of the city. 18-year-old Rihan son Late, who was seduced by 12-year-old minor girl. Shakeel Nikar, who was living as a tenant in a house in Summer Colony.
According to the information received, on 12 May 2025, Rihan seduced the minor girl and drove him away. On May 15, the case number 308/25 was registered at the police station Lisadi Gate at Tahrir, given by the family, in which the prosecution was registered under Section 137 (2), 115 (2), 352, 351 (2) of the Code of India (BNS).
The team formed on the instructions of the Senior Superintendent of Police took quick action on the information of the informer and arrested the accused from near the 60 Futa Road, Summer Garden on 17 May and the girl was safely recovered.
