Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Jagdish Deora has given clarification on the controversy created by his recent statement in Jabalpur. He said that he did not give any controversial statement insulting the Indian Army, but had spoken in honor of the army.
Deora said, “I clearly said that the whole country is bowed down at the feet of the brave soldiers serving the country. But my statement was wrongly presented, which raised unnecessary controversy.” The deputy CM further alleged, “The possibility of any conspiracy behind running my statement incorrectly can be ruled out. The public knows everything. I have always spoken in honor of the army and our security forces and will do the same further.”
State Finance Minister Deora said, “What I had said in the Civil Defense Volunteer Training Program in Jabalpur is being presented wrong and distorting, which is completely wrong. I said in my speech that the army soldiers have shown the might by running the operation vermilion against the terrorists, the might of the might of the army has been appreciated as much as the people of the country and the people of the country have been appreciated.
