In addition, researchers have advised to include monounsaturated fats like olive oil instead of saturated fat. Researchers found that the consumption of olive oil in 5 grams can reduce coronary heart disease by 7 percent and cardiovascular disease 4 percent and the risk of dying of heart disease can be reduced by 8 percent.
Researchers found that eating at least two servings of vegetables every day reduces the risk of dying of heart disease by 34%. The study reviews found more positive results of eating tomatoes with green vegetables. Apart from this, the heart can also be protected by red, processed meat and reducing.
