Three Muslim Countries Decide, Train Will Run from Pakistan to Central Asia

Kabul. A meeting of three countries has been held in Kabul, the capital of Afghanistan. In this meeting, it has been decided that the train route should be developed from Kharlachi in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan to Naibabad of Uzbekistan in Uzbekistan. The Taliban leader and Uzbekistan and Pakistan leaders were present in this meeting held in Kabul. In this meeting, it was decided that feasibility study should be done for this railway project. It has been agreed between the three countries. It is being called the UAP railway project, which means Uzbekistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan railway project.

It is considered an ambitious project among these three Muslim countries. Uzbekistan is a country located on the silk route. This silk route i.e. silk route connected China to the countries of Central Asia and then this route moves to Europe. In such a situation, if this project climbs, it will be a big success for Pakistan. Pakistan Deputy PM Ishaq Dar has also informed about the agreement on X. He said that I congratulate the people of Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Afghanistan. Fizility study has been agreed between the three countries for the rail network.

He said that this project will strengthen connectivity at the regional level. Apart from this, it will also be financially beneficial. Dar said that this corridor will have a direct access to Central Asia from the ports of Pakistan. The agreement was also held by foreign ministers of the three countries before the sign. Let us know that there has been a situation of tension between Pakistan and Afghanistan for the past several years. Nevertheless, it is important to agree on this important project. The project agreed to the project in 2023 itself. This rail link will pass through Tarmiz in Uzbekistan. Apart from this, Mazar-e-Sharif and Logar will go to Afghanistan.

The entry of this rail link in Pakistan will be from Kharlachi border. This border falls in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and is adjacent to Afghanistan. All three countries believe that if connectivity increases, the economy will also get strength. Apart from this, cultural engagement will also increase. Ishaq Ahmed Dar along with Pakistan Railway Minister Hanif Abbasi was also present.
