Udhampur road accident: A major accident occurred in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir on Friday morning. Five Amarnath passengers were injured in this accident. The injured have been admitted to the hospital and their condition is now stable. According to news agency ANI, a truck hit a car going on Amarnath Yatra in Ballian area of Battal this morning. Five Amarnath passengers were injured in this accident.
Kartar Singh of 137 Battalion of CRPF at Udhampur said that “eight people were riding in the car, out of which they were hospitalized and their condition is now stable. The 16th batch of 7908 pilgrims going on Amarnath Yatra left Jammu in the morning amidst tight security. The journey was temporarily canceled on Thursday due to heavy rains.
