Jhansi news: The court of the Court FTC -1 (OADBlue) has punished the accused who raped a minor girl and aborted an abortion with a twenty -year imprisonment and a fine of Rs 30,000. On 9 May 2020, a man living in Kakarbai police station area lodged a report that his daughter was alone at home when a young man came and raped his minor daughter. The daughter was later abortion. The protest was threatened with death.
In this case, the police registered a case under 376, 313 and 5/6 Poxo Act against Aseem, a resident of village Sia of Kakarbai police station area. Later, Vivechak filed the charge sheet in the court. In the same sequence, the court has punished the accused who raped a minor girl and abortion and punished with a fine of twenty years and a fine of thirty thousand rupees.
Three years imprisonment for the accused who entered the house
The court of the Special Poxo Act has punished the accused who entered the house and threatened to molest a minor girl and kill him with three years imprisonment and a fine of Rs 15,000. ADGC Vijay Kushwaha said that a woman living in Chirgaon police station area lodged a report on 8 September 2022 that on 3 August 2020 she was sleeping in the house with her minor daughter, while the husband went to work. Then a young man resident of village Dhavakar of Lahchura police station area entered the house.
It is alleged that his minor niece was caught with bad intentions and dragged to do wrong things. On protesting, he went away and threatened. The police had registered a case against Dhawakar resident Krishna Kushwaha under 452, 354, 323,504, 506, 7/8 Paxo Act. Later, Vivechak filed the charge sheet in the court. In this sequence, the court has punished the accused with a rigorous imprisonment of three years and a fine of Rs 15,000, convicted on charges of molesting and threatening a minor girl.
