Jhansi news: In Jhansi, a special judge (robbery) court has punished two brothers guilty for a ten-year imprisonment and a fine of Rs 81-81 thousand, convicting two brothers for a deadly attack.

Manish Kumar, a resident of village Bijna of Uldan police station area, had lodged a report at Uldan police station. He had told that he was on his farm, when two people living in the neighborhood came and started quarreling over the dispute of the farm. On Manish’s refusal, the accused attacked him with sticks, causing him seriously injured. After this, the accused went away by threatening.

The police had registered a case against Kalicharan and Tejram Kushwaha under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Later, the police arrested both the accused and sent them to jail. A few days later a charge sheet was filed in the court.

Both brothers are convicted on charges of murderous attack

In the same sequence, the special judge (robbery) court held the two brothers guilty for collectively attacking. On this basis, both the accused have been punished with imprisonment of ten years and a fine of Rs 81-81 thousand.
