Union Minister of State Savitri Thakur Inspects Varanasi State Observation Home, Encourages Juveniles for a Better Future | Varanasi News: केंद्रीय राज्यमंत्री सावित्री ठाकुर ने वाराणसी के राजकीय संप्रेक्षण गृह का किया निरीक्षण, किशोरों से मिलकर बढ़ाया हौसला

Varanasi News: Union Minister of State, Ministry of Women and Child Development, Savitri Thakur today inspected the Government Communication Home (Kishore) run by the Women Welfare Department of Varanasi. District Probation Officer and Deputy Director Women Welfare Pankaj Kumar Mishra, Child Development Project Officer Bargaon Rakesh Bahadur, Child Development Project Officer Ramesh, Conservation Officer Nirupama Singh, Superintendent of the institution in -charge Kamlesh Pandey and all the staff were present on the occasion.

Dialogue with teenagers and their routine information

The institution currently has a total of 122 adolescents from Varanasi, Chandauli and Jaunpur districts. Savitri Thakur took detailed information from teenagers about his routine. The teenagers told that after getting up at 5 in the morning, they retire from continual action and do yoga and pranayama, after which they have breakfast. He also informed that classes of studies, sports, entertainment, dance and music are regularly conducted in the institution, as well as gardening. Teachers have also been deployed from Basic Education Department to educate adolescents.

Inspiration to decorate future and appreciation of administration works

The Union Minister inquired from the teenagers about their cases and encouraged them to improve their future. He said, “Forget what has passed and become a good and responsible citizen. Taking seriously studies and skills plans, give your 100 percent for your coming tomorrow, so that your parents and society are proud of you. Do not repeat the mistakes that you have to come back to the institution.”

Finally, the minister praised the work being done by the personnel of the Women’s Welfare Department and the institution in the interest of adolescents and wished all the teenagers a better future. This inspection reflects the government’s commitment to the rehabilitation of adolescents and the bright future.
