Being a patient of sugar becomes very painful for any person. People try various tips and take expensive medicines to reduce or maintain sugar level, but still no significant difference is seen. If sugar patients adopt yoga by making some changes in their routine, then they can control it. Today we are telling about some such yogasanas which are considered a boon for diabetes patients.
Mandukasan
To perform this asana, first of all, bend the knees and sit in the posture of Vajrasana and bend the thumb in the palm inward and close the fist loudly. Now place the closed fist of both hands on top of the navel. Now draw the breath and leaving the breath and tilt your body forward, after staying in this state for some time, come back to Vajrasana posture. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times.

Kapalbhati Pranayama

– It is very beneficial for diabetic patients to do Kapalbhati Pranayam. This improves blood flow throughout the body.
West
First of all sit in a flat place and spread your legs towards the front. Now take your body forward while breathing and try to hold the toe with your hands. Now try to apply your head on the knees and stay in this state for some time.
Halasan
First of all, lie down on the ground for Halasan and take both your legs upwards in the 90 degree angle. After this, support your waist and hips with hands. Now try to move your feet from the top of the head directly backwards. Touch the ground with your feet and keep the feet straight. It is quite good for diabetes patients, but those who are pregnant or those who are victims of high BP or back pain do not do this asana at all.
Dhanurasana
To do Dhanurasana, first of all lie down on the stomach and bend the knees while breathing. Try to catch your heels with both hands. Now lift your head, chest, thigh upwards and bring all the weight of the body to the lower part of the stomach. By doing this asana, blood is in blood sugar control.
